What happens on the free call?
A 45-minute conversation — no script, no hard sell. We talk about where you're at, what you want, and what's been getting in the way. At the end, I'll give you an honest opinion on whether coaching is the right move for you right now.
How much does coaching cost?
Pricing is discussed on the call once I understand your goals and what level of support makes sense for you. There's no one-size-fits-all rate — the structure depends on what you actually need.
Do I need a gym membership?
No. Plans are built around whatever equipment you have access to — full gym, home kit, or minimal equipment. What matters is the programming, not the postcode.
How long is the minimum commitment?
12 weeks. Anyone promising transformation in 4 weeks is selling you something that won't hold. 12 weeks is the minimum to build real, sustainable habits and see meaningful change in how you look and feel.
How much time do I need each week?
Your plan is built around your schedule. Most clients train 3–5 days a week. We figure out what's realistic on the call and design everything from there — not the other way around.
How does the coaching app work?
Everything runs through a dedicated coaching app — your training plan, nutrition tracking, check-in submissions, and direct messaging all in one place. Takes about five minutes to get set up, zero technical knowledge needed.
